baked my own cake~

baked my own cake yesterday
of course my mum helped with the mixing and lookout for the flame
but it's still like 75% i did it~
yep and damn proud of the result~
so fluffly, sopngy and nice~
not too dry and not too hard~
Richard Doran praised me~
the others said later or no though~
meh i don't really care hahas~

the filling's strawberry jam~
i just googled the victorian sponge cake with lemon
but i removed the lemon and added strawberry

this's quite easy
2 weeks later imma try to make pancake~
(since my mum only agree to let me cook/bake once every 2 weeks for fear of mess)
and i'll see how
i really wanna make red velvet cupcake with creamcheese topping
but my mum thinks i'm too ambitious
oh well

funny how i can cook pasta but not instant noodles (not cup kind, the packet one)
i think i need a pair of gloves....


tried starting Geneva just now
failed
i wonder if did it finally shut down?

saturday watched avengers with my family
meh there was only 1 clip after the credits
there wasn't one after all the credit.
Since the staff turned on the lights and chased us out....

oh and i think i like this guy
